What are the costs involved with CRB Checks?

The CRB charges a set rate for each disclosure. These charges are payable by all companies regardless of the number of background checks they require.

Umbrella Bodies charge an additional fee to cover their administrative costs. Administrative processing fees vary from company to company depending upon the time and labour required to process each background check.

In some cases, we will incorporate CRB checks into your current ELAS subscription at no additional cost to you. These will be added to your ELAS account as ‘CRB Vouchers’. Each time you apply for a CRB check, either by telephone or through our online system the correct number of vouchers will be deducted from your account.
